The UAE Capital Market Authority, formerly the Securities and Commodities Authority, regulates the UAE onshore capital market. The SCA-UAE code is retained in TraderVote for historical broker-license compatibility.

The UAE onshore securities regime provides client-money, custody, licensing and complaints safeguards, but no universal statutory compensation limit for all retail investment clients.

Coverage limits: Distinguish UAE CMA, DFSA and ADGM-FSRA entities, and verify product permissions and client-money arrangements. UAE CMA was formerly the SCA.
